A representative for Selena Goemz has denied the singer was ever pregnant.
On Wednesday it was reported that the 21-year-old had miscarried after falling pregnant with then-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
InTouch claimed the Come & Get It songstress had fallen pregnant in 2012 and took it as a sign that she and Justin ‘should be together forever’.
However, late on Wednesday, a representative for the star shot down the story telling Us Weekly the report was ‘100 percent fictional’.

Petition to eject Justin Bieber from U.S. and revoke his green card hit 260,000 signatures – well over threshold needed for official response
Justin Bieber has inspired more ill will among Americans than the radical group Muslim Brotherhood – at least according to the popularity of a White House petition calling for the deportation of the troubled Canadian singer.
The petition created by a Detroit resident asking to eject 19-year-old pop star from the U.S. and have his green card revoked has drawn nearly 261,000 signatures as of Friday morning, becoming the second most popular cause in the three-year history of the White House site.
At 204,500 signatures, a petition to declare the extremist Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization is a distant second, followed by a plea to pardon CIA leaker Edward Snowden in third with 153,000 signatures.

The call to action was made January 23 by Robert Skryzynski, 24, of Detroit, following Bieber’s humiliating arrest for allegedly drag-racing a Lamborghini under the influence and with an expired license in Miami Beach.
‘We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,’ the petition reads.
‘He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.’

The White House has said that it will issue an official response to the Bieber petition now that it has raised more than the required 100,000 signatures, but there is no timetable yet for when the statement will come.
Historically, the administration has been slow to respond to petitions, and the responses are usually formulaic and of little note.
But the signatories of the White House plea are evidently not the only ones who wish to see Bieber pack up his bags and hit the road north.

The White House won’t comment on a petition signed by more than 270,000 people asking for Justin Bieber to be deported for his alleged crimes. In January, Bieber was charged with driving under the influence in Miami and he also has a pending assault charge and separate vandalism charges for egging his neighbor’s house. It’s just the latest development in a series of troubles for the pop star.

The jig is up for the woman who accused Justin Bieber of attempted robbery this week — an employee at the L.A. batting cage where the incident occurred tells TMZ, Bieber NEVER tried to rob anyone … he never even touched the woman.
The Sherman Oaks Castle Park employee called in to “TMZ Live” moments ago, claiming she witnessed the heated exchange Monday night between Bieber and the woman who was taking photos of him.
The employee says the woman was definitely the instigator, being overly aggressive and ignoring security’s requests to stop snapping pics. She says Bieber was upset, but never got physical with the woman in any way … and definitely didn’t try to grab her phone.
Sources close to Bieber tell us, the singer lost his cool because the flash kept distracting him while he was trying to bat.
The employee says surveillance video would back her up — but it’s unlikely the security cameras caught what happened … the incident was too far away.

Los Angeles (CNN) — In this week’s episode of Justin Bieber‘s brush with the law, the pop singer has been accused of attempted robbery, police said.
It sounds worse than it may be: The alleged incident is apparently over a cell phone.
Los Angeles Police Department robbery detectives were investigating a report of an alleged robbery Monday night “between an individual and Mr. Bieber near the batting cages” on Los Angeles’ west side, a police statement said Wednesday.
“The case remains under investigation with detectives conducting numerous interviews,” police said.

Justin Bieber Accused Of Attempted Cellphone Theft
The unidentified woman told TMZ that she refused to hand her phone over after snapping pics of the star, so Bieber allegedly reached into her purse and took it, which led to a wrestling match with JB over the device. She claimed Justin tore the phone from her hand and tried to erase the pics but couldn’t because the handset was locked.
When Bieber, 20, handed the phone back and insisted she unlock it to see the photos, she reportedly did so and revealed she hadn’t taken any. A spokesperson for Bieber could not be reached for comment on the incident at press time. The woman later filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Police Department, who interviewed her Tuesday night. At press time no charges had been filed.

Bieber busted in Miami for DUI in drag racing incident

Pop star Justin Bieber was charged with driving under the influence after police caught him drag racing in Miami Beach early Thursday — allegedly after drinking and smoking marijuana.
The arrest was the latest in a string of problems that have tarnished the image of the 19-year-old Canadian singer, from rows in Australia and Brazil over graffiti to the search of his California home last week.
Police said Bieber was racing a rented yellow Lamborghini on a residential street when he was arrested shortly after 4:00 am (0900 GMT).
Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told reporters that Bieber was incoherent at the time of his arrest, and was unable to produce a valid driver’s license.
Wearing an orange prison jumpsuit, Bieber appeared in a Florida courtroom several hours later, where a judge ordered him held on $2,500 bond.
He left jail a short time later, waving to fans while sitting atop his sport utility vehicle (SUV).
Beyond the DUI charge, he also faces charges of resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
Police released two mug shots of Bieber — smiling and slightly bleary-eyed in one, more serious in the other — as well as video footage of the arrest.
A police report revealed that the teenager failed a sobriety test. An “odor of alcohol” was detected on Bieber’s breath, he had “bloodshot eyes” and made “slow deliberate movements,” the report said.
Authorities said he also was uncooperative and verbally abusive during his arrest, hurling obscenities at police, and initially refusing to exit his vehicle.
News reports said Bieber admitted to police that he had consumed alcohol, taken prescription medications and smoked marijuana.
Bieber’s publicists told AFP they had no comment.

Bieber ‘spray paints hotel wall’

The singer allegedly returned to his hotel after a gig and covered an outside wall with pictures of monsters, reports TMZ.
According to the website, Justin was caught on camera but no charges have yet been made against the pop star.
“They’re well aware of the illicit artwork .. but so far, no formal complaint has been made — and the GC mayor says he’s ordered a cleanup crew for the wall,” writes the website.
According to other outlets, the hotel is actually happy to have Justin’s art on their wall. There is even speculation he was asked to do it.

RAFFITI by Justin Bieber is at the centre of a stoush between a Gold Coast hotel, which wants to keep it, and local authorities, who want it erased.
Bieber landed himself in trouble after photos and video footage showed the pop star nonchalantly spraying cartoon faces in fluorescent paint on the QT Hotel wall at Surfers Paradise early on Wednesday following his first Brisbane show.
The hotel says it gave the Canadian permission and that the council had no authority to get rid of the graffiti because it is on private property and not accessible from public land.
“He asked, and we said YES”, the QT Hotel on the Gold Coast said on its Facebook page next to a picture of the colourful spray can artwork.
The hotel said in a comment on the page that “we absolutely gave approval”.
The hotel reckons it’s a coup to have the star paint “a piece of art in appreciation of his stay”.
“This piece of art is now available to be viewed by fans of the artist and we believe that it is a wonderful addition to the colourful Gold Coast arts scene,” it said.
Even so, Gold Coast mayor Tom Tate says the council will order the removal of the graffiti.
“It might be on private land, but it’s in prominent public view,” a council spokesman told AAP.
“The mayor will be contacting our compliance officers today to have a notice issued to the hotel to clean it up.”

Tickets on eBay for the teen superstar, who will kick off his eight-show Aussie tour next Tuesday are selling for less than half the price, with many failing to secure any bids at all.
It seems the 19-year-old singer’s stocks as the world’s most adored heart-throb are falling after a succession of controversial headlines and incidents in recent weeks.

JUSTIN Bieber “made it rain” with money during a recent visit to a strip club in Houston, according to strippers who work there.
The 19-year-old star recently visited VLive, an alcohol-free strip club in Houston, In Touch reported, and the singer dropped $10,000 in less than 90 minutes.
“I walked away with $7,000,” Diamond, the exotic dancer who performed for the pop star, exclusively tells the mag.
“A few other girls split the rest,” she adds. Diamond says Justin wasn’t shy when it came time for a lap dance. “He grabbed my butt and asked if it was real,” she says, “and smiled when I said yes.”
