Never knew Prince Court charge for masks they use to assist patients. But honestly not surprised. They are not subsidised by government. It’s a private hospital – everything’s a business transaction. RM201.60 IS a lot for just face masks. Especially during this trying period ☹️😷 https://t.co/2YGYHL47ya

IJN is also a private hospital. This was the first thing the admissions clerk discussed with me when I was at the emergency bay. First question, can you afford to pay? Insurance? I specifically told the doctors I didn’t want statins. They gave me anyway and billed me for that. One nurse didn’t take enough blood and had to repeat. They charged me for the set of items needed to take the second sample.
About the only item you can refuse is the panadol when you are discharged.
