Can this new sensor detect #coronavirus particles in the air? Developer Nian Sun of Northeastern Univ says 'yes.' It detects airborne pathogens, including #SARSCoV2, and like a breathalyzer can give results within seconds https://t.co/tHZS6swvcQ via @medical_xpress

I find this very hard to believe. If this were indeed possible, we could test for pancreatic cancer just by licking the sensor. Lotharios can test prospects for STDs. Brothel Madams can monitor the health of her flock by embedded sensors in dildos. And hospitals and old folks homes can figure out which inmate will expire within hours – a task now currently performed by Oscar, a cat: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_%28therapy_cat%29 . No dog{which evolved after cats} has such an ability. This is one “Oscar” no actor/actress wants.
