Then we are all gonna die. Fans even paper ones, air conditioning, ventilation, the monsoon, wind will all be banned. Essentially all air moving devices including cooking fires. Only one policeman will be allowed to chase each suspect. Aircraft will require all windows to be opened throughout the flight. Vehicles will cease to run as they create turbulence.
