Perak immigration director arrested over bribery involving entertainment spots, massage parlours


IPOH: Perak’s Immigration Department director was among four people arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission this morning over a graft probe involving massage parlours and entertainment outlets in the state.
The director, 57, and the others were detained in several locations in the state between 12.30am and 5.30am today. The others detained were two businessmen aged 30, and a 26-year-old mechanic.

“They were believed to have offered and received bribes from the outlet operators,” said the commission in a statement.
