A 52-year-old man, who was fired from work in Sept due to disciplinary issues, crashed his car at his office at the Chemor Industrial Area in Ipoh.

Malaysiakini reports the man posted a video on YouTube prior to the incident, claiming to have suffered stress due to work-related issues.

He also claimed, the company's management racially discriminated against its employees, and showed copies of two police reports he'd lodged.
Police have taken statements from several people whose names were mentioned in a video by Kathirsean, who lamented about being victimised by his former employers.
