Woman and baby die in cliff accident

PETALING JAYA: The life of a small family took a tragic turn when an accident along Jalan Permai in Cheras, killed a bank employee and her baby son.
Her husband, Mohamad Azmeer Alfaiedz Abd Aziz, 32, survived, but had injuries to his face and head.
Apparently, the family was travelling on a motorcycle from Bukit Permai to Ampang when the vehicle skidded, hurling the bank employee and her son off the cliff at around 9.50am yesterday.
Norzaimah Azizi, 29, and her seven-month-old son, known only as Eshan, were believed to have died on the spot from severe head injuries.
She was carrying her son while they were still on the motorcycle.
The impact of the collision also caused Mohamad Azmeer, a clerk, to fall off his motorcycle, but he was not hurled off the cliff.
