23-year-old NUS student opens first mermaid school in Singapore
She had ‘mermaid dreams’ since she was a little girl, and it finally came true for her.
Ms Cara Nicole, 23-year-old National University of Singapore student, made headlines earlier this month as mermaid Syrena.
According to Lianhe Wanbao, she has taken her ocean dreams one step further by opening Singapore’s first mermaid school.
It was founded in July this year, held at a pool in a private estate in Bukit Timah.
Syrena shared that the class would include learning about mermaid mythology and story, as well as some core and breathing exercises.
