TAIPING: A factory worker was charged in the Sessions Court for raping his own biological mother in their home last week.
Based on reports, the accused, a 21-year-old man, who has not been named is the second child of five siblings, and reported to be a factory worker.
The accused pleaded not guilty against the claim as soon as it was read in the court before Judge Mohd. Ismail Sabri.
According to the charge, the man was found to have raped his 49-year-old mother, who is a widow.
This atrocious incest was committed at his family home in Kamunting at 7 pm on March 8.
“According to the victim, her son forced himself on her,” Taiping OCPD Asst Comm Harrith Kam Abdullah was reported saying.

Factory worker arrested for raping own mother in Kamunting
TAIPING: A 21-year-old factory worker has been arrested for allegedly raping his own mother at their house in Kamunting near here.
Taiping OCPD Asst Comm Harrith Kam Abdullah said the man was arrested at his workplace about noon Thursday after police received a report from the 48-year-old housewife in the morning.
“According to the victim, her son forced himself on her on Wednesday evening.
“The son will be remanded for seven days under Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code until March 15,” he said, adding that the woman is a widow with five children.
ACP Harrith Kam said the son tested negative for drugs.

Trial for Singaporean who raped own mother begins
SINGAPORE: A 33-year-old man went on trial in the High Court here on Tuesday for raping and molesting his biological mother, 56, at their home.
The safety coordinator, who faces one count each of rape, molestation and aggravated molestation, denied the charges.
All the alleged offences were committed at about 2.30am on Oct 4, 2013 in the family’s one-bedroom flat.
Besides allegedly raping his mother, the man is accused of restraining her while kissing her breasts and forcing her to touch him sexually.
Opening the prosecution’s case, Deputy Public Prosecutor Sellakumaran told the court that the man, the second of three sons, lived with his mother and stepfather in the flat.
In the early hours of Oct 4, 2013, the victim was alone at home sleeping when her son returned. During the trial, the court will hear testimony of how the accused “molested and raped his own mother despite her pleas for him to stop”, said the DPP.
The DPP told the court that the victim left the flat at 6am – the earliest available opportunity – and made her way to the house of one of her daughters-in-law.
Along the way, she called the accused on one of her mobile phones and used the other one to record their conversation about what had transpired in the flat earlier that morning, said the DPP.
The audio recording will be played during the trial for the court to hear the victim’s distress and how she was struggling to make sense of the accused’s actions, the DPP said.

In an extremely rare case, a man was charged with the rape of his biological mother yesterday.
The 32-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the victim’s identity, faces one count of rape and two counts of outrage of modesty.
On Oct 4, 2013, he allegedly pinned down his 56-year-old mother before molesting her twice. He then allegedly raped her.
Two criminal lawyers said cases of men charged with raping their own mothers are extremely rare in Singapore.
Mr Rajan Supramaniam, a lawyer of 15 years, and Mr Shashi Nathan, who has 22 years’ experience, said this was the first time they had heard of such a case here.
Mrs Gloria James-Civetta, a lawyer of 20 years, said: “Such cases are very rare. This is the second such case I have encountered here. In the first one, the man had a mental problem.”
In the current case, the man’s trial was to have started yesterday after he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
But the trial has been postponed to a later date for him to decide on his legal representation. Slim and bespectacled, he appeared calm as he sat in the dock in the Supreme Court.
