This university in Malaysia has done it again. The latest convocation will be held physically for six days starting today to award certificates to at least 5,600 graduates – almost 400 recipients of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees; 1,000+
Masters degrees; 3,500 Bachelor’s degrees; and 600+ diplomas.

Last year this university awarded 600+ PhDs & this year almost 400.

No university in the world top 20 rank can produce more than 20 PhDs in a year.
The most number will be around 10.
