That is the claim made in an article in Real Raw News, which is not exactly a credible blog/site.

After the Pentagon mandated the COVID-19 vaccines for the U.S. military in late August, a viral story describing an intense backlash among service members exploded online.
“27 U.S. Air Force Pilots Resign Over Covid-19 Vaccination Mandate,” said the headline on the Sept. 1 article. The story spread widely, shared by the likes of journalist Lara Logan of Fox Nation, Fox News’ streaming service, and George Papadopoulos, an aide to former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.
The story of mass Air Force pilot resignations was fabricated, however. It originated on a website that publishes fantastical, demonstrably false stories of arrests, trials, hangings and executions, with headlines such as “James Comey Loses His Head to Guillotine,” “Hillary Clinton Hanged at Gitmo” and “Military Executes Tom Hanks.” The site is one of several conspiracy-oriented pages set up in recent years by a person who goes by the pseudonym “Michael Baxter,” a PolitiFact investigation found.
The website is called Real Raw News, and it bills itself as an “independent publisher” that “explores content often avoided by the mainstream media.” Since the site started publishing in late December 2020, it has posted over 150 articles, spinning a narrative of military arrests and executions that reads like a wish list for diehard believers of the QAnon conspiracy theory. The articles routinely rack up thousands of likes, shares and other engagements across social media, according to BuzzSumo, an audience metrics tool.
Written in the style of authentic news stories, Real Raw News articles often come in several installments, like the five-part series detailing an alleged military tribunal held for Hillary Clinton.
Site author “Michael Baxter” portrays himself as a reporter with access to privileged information. He cites unnamed sources who he claims are in day-to-day contact with Trump, and others who he claims are at Guantanamo Bay. He promises to check back with them regularly. He attributes direct quotes to named people. He issues corrections when he makes spelling errors or gets someone’s title wrong. A disclaimer added to its “About Us” page in April says the website contains “humor, parody and satire,” yet Baxter has defended the accuracy of his writings dozens of times in the comments sections on various articles.

Vladimir Putin has kept frequent contact with Donald J. Trump as Russian soldiers, aircraft, and warships continue to bombard eastern Ukraine, targeting not civilians but Western-sponsored bioweapons laboratories that zigzag the countryside like a child’s connect-the-dots puzzle, a Mar-a-Lago source told Real Raw News.
Our source emphasizes he is reporting only what Putin has told Trump; he is not attesting to the veracity of Putin’s statements, and Trump, he said, has yet to independently verify Putin’s claims.
On Thursday Trump reportedly took a third telephone call from Putin and was told the Russian military had obliterated 13 bioweapon facilities across Ukraine. Some were subterranean and struck several times to ensure their destruction.
Putin contended the West—the American NIH, France’s Institute of Health and Medical Research, and Germany’s Centre for Infection Research–had funneled billions of dollars into the labs under the pretence of research grants. He claimed to have evidence, which he would eventually make public “when the world is willing to listen.”
According to Putin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy knew about the laboratories and had received kickbacks in exchange for letting them operate clandestinely and without official oversight.
“Putin told Trump he gave Zelenskyy many warnings to dismantle the labs, as far back as February 2020, and warned he’d do it himself if Zelenskyy didn’t comply. He admitted to minor collateral damage, but told Trump that Zelenskyy had only himself to blame, for putting the people of the Ukraine in danger,” our source said.
Putin also namedropped Israel. He said the Israeli Health Ministry and the MOSSAD ran a biolab on Snake Island, a land mass that belonged to Ukraine, located in the Black Sea, near the Danube Delta, with an important role in delimiting Ukrainian territorial waters.
On Thursday, a Russian Slava-class cruiser approached Snake Island and warned the inhabitants to surrender at once or be fired upon. “We are a Russian warship, proposing you put down arms to avoid bloodshed and unjustified deaths. In worst case, you will be hit with bomb strike,” the Russian’s warning continued for five minutes. The occupants replied: “Fuck you, Russian warship.”
The Slava cruiser opened fire, pummeling and razing the island’s structures until only dust and rubble were left in the wake of the attack. There were no survivors.
Putin said to Trump that the biolab on Snake Island had been involved in researching a weaponized type of airborne rabies that, if aerosolized, could have ravaged the earth with nearly a 100% mortality rate.
“He assured Trump he’d taken precautions to guarantee all pathogens were hit hard and effective enough to render them inert. He wouldn’t say if he used thermobaric ordnance, but that seems a likely possibility,” our source said.
“Make no mistake, President Trump. We’re not hitting cities. If we were, more than one building in Kyiv would be hit, and there’d be no electricity, no water, no nothing. We’re burning the trash,” Putin purportedly told Trump.

The claim: There are biolabs in Ukraine funded by the US government
In the early hours Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale military assault on Ukraine, inciting a wave of international backlash and sanctions against Russia.
“Putin is the aggressor. Putin chose this war. And now he and his country will bear the consequences,” President Joe Biden said.
Some on social media claimed the United States may have more at stake than it lets on.
A post shared to Facebook on Thursday shows a map of Ukraine pinpointing what the poster asserts are “exclusive U.S. biolabs in Ukraine” that are funded by the U.S. Department of Defense.
“By now I think most everybody knows about Ukraine/WW3,” reads the post, which amassed more than 400 interactions in a day. “So what do we know about this??”
Similar posts claimed Russia destroyed seven of the 11 supposed labs in missile strikes. The claims are wrong, independent fact-checking outlets reported.
The posts misrepresent a treaty between the United States and Ukraine aimed at preventing biological threats. The labs are owned and funded by the Ukrainian government, according to the Security Service of Ukraine, the country’s main security agency.
That agency and the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine have said the claim of U.S. labs is false. Numerous reports indicate it is tied to a years-long Russian disinformation campaign aimed at discrediting the United States.

Labs run by Ukrainian government
The Ukrainian and U.S. governments partnered in August 2005 to “prevent the proliferation of dangerous pathogens and related expertise and to minimize potential biological threats,” according to the treaty.
Interfax-Ukraine reported in May 2020 that part of the agreement was aimed at “modernizing” state laboratories in the Odesa, Kharkiv, Lviv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Those efforts included making repairs, updating equipment and purchasing supplies.

The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine sought to “set the record straight” on the biolabs claim in a statement in April 2020, calling the theories “disinformation spreading in some circles in Ukraine that mirrors Russian disinformation regarding the strong U.S.-Ukrainian partnership to reduce biological threats.”
