It feels like China social-media habits have finally made their way to the world. As China diplomats/officials took to Twitter, jumping the firewall, plenty of curious, and angry, Chinese followed. Usage patterns sometimes feel Weibo-like, i.e. emphasis on comments beneath Tweets
