“Headless” man of Ipoh comes forward
The 45-year-old, who suffers from a condition where his head drops to chest level, appeals for the public to stop taking pictures of him.
PETALING JAYA: The “headless” man of Ipoh has come forward to appeal to the public to stop taking pictures of him.
Astro Awani managed to track down K Vellu, 45, whose head is seen suddenly “disappearing” as he negotiates his way through the city streets, in a recent viral video.
The video was shot by a motorist from behind Vellu.
However, in the case of Vellu, his condition is more medical rather than supernatural, said the portal.
Vellu, who is unmarried, claimed that he had been suffering from a problem where his head droops to his chest level, the past three years.

He said there were also those who had screamed after seeing him or made fun of his physical appearance.
He said medical doctors were unable to diagnose his condition and correct his neck structure, which he attributed to black magic.
“I have given up. If can, please stop taking pictures of me,” he pleaded.
