When your name is used as a word in the language of common folk, whatever the reason, your name has been etched into the common consciousness, however dubious the distinction.

They aren’t scared of you. You’re just a najib!

Najib: toy tiger or fake (and thus, a harmless person).

The monkeys are not scared of this toy tiger (najib).

Meet the newest ‘wildlife’ to appear at Taman TAR which unfortunately does not scare away monkeys.

Soft toys were put in cages to scare away the monkeys but monkeys are smart, definitely smarter than whoever put up that toy tiger!

It didn’t work.

Can you imagine these becoming commonly used?

The IGP wanted to save Najib’s face by cancelling the dialogue. All his efforts would be in vain for, whatever face was saved then, would soon be lost!
