A source in the Federal Territories ministry said that the temple was not demolished by City Hall as alleged, but by the Federal Territory Land Office.
“Only a section of the temple was demolished as it was sitting on the Land Office’s reserve land.”
“The temple had been issued a notice in November last year on the infringement of the reserve land.”
