— ๐ ็ฐ้็็น (@melonconsumer) September 4, 2021
1. Artists must have at least 1 authorized fan management account
2. Fans aren't allowed to organize 'kongping' (mass commenting) under govt accounts
3. YXH aren't allowed to instigate fights
4. Charity is encouraged
Now, with the recent reforms, it feels like the phrase is being used to threaten fans. 'Behave, or else your idol will be blacklisted.'
