⚡️Defense Ministry about Belgorod attack: Ukraine not responsible for catastrophes in Russia.

The ministry's spokesperson said that Ukraine is repelling Russian aggression on its territory, and is not responsible for all “miscalculations" in Russia, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

We can tell these are S-8 variants because of two factors; the video showing them being fired, and the motor sections that can be seen near the scene.
