I don’t understand what argument you’re trying to make. The prevalence of Bell’a Palsy is 1-4 people per 10k.

If 4 people got it during this trial out of 38k participants, that is not statistically significant.

We would expect between 4 and 16 people to get it…

Definitely cause unknown. I had it 18 years ago with thankfully no reoccurrence but I hadn’t had a vaccine.
