   No fair.

   According to KADAR SERAGAM DBKL, JPJ DAN PDRM
   BAGI KESALAHAN-KESALAHAN
   DIBAWAH AKTA PENGANGKUTAN JALAN 1987
   DAN KAEDAH-KAEDAH DIBAWAHNYA
   TARIKH KUATKUASA KADAR : 01 MAC 2011,
   he should pay RM100{150 or 250 according to the delay in payment.
