BREAKING – Anwar Ibrahim has been granted a full pardon by Agong, in a statement released by the palace.

Agong grants audience to Anwar, Wan Azizah, Azmin
KUALA LUMPUR: PKR deputy president and Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali informed members of the media at the Cheras Rehabilitation Centre here that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has received an invitation to have an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
“Sultan Muhammad V has invited me, Datuk Seri Anwar and Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah to have an audience with him at noon, right after (Anwar’s expected) released at 11.30am,” he added.
Azmin, who arrived at the Rehabilitation Centre where Anwar is being held at 10.30am, broke the news before paying a visit to the de facto PKR leader.
“I am here to personally hand over the invitation letter to Anwar,” he added.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong will be chairing the Pardons Board meeting at 11am this morning.
