NEW: JomBalikUndi Coach Service, with subsidy from donations

JomBalikUndi Coach Service

This is a public service run by Bersih Singapore, with the financial support from fellow Malaysians who would like to see as many Malaysians in Singapore as possible go home and vote. This service runs on charter coaches with subsidies from the donations. We aim to subsidise at least 50% of the costs. eg. Return service to Penang from JB/Singapore is expected to cost SGD25 or less.

However, the following characteristics/constraints apply:

(1) all passengers must submit their Malaysian IC no for verification as registered voter;
(2) departure times from origin and destination are fixed. You don’t get to choose;
(3) stopover time at the destination is short, enough to cast your vote;
(4) no family members are allowed, unless they are also registered voters;
(5) only return service is provided. One-way travelers must pay the same price for return service;
(6) Malaysians who cannot get leave from work on Monday May 6 will find this service suitable for them.

– Kuala Lumpur S$15 (Berjaya Times Square)
– Seremban S$13 (Seremban toll exit)
– Malacca S$10 (Ayer Keroh toll exit)

(Drop-off points for certain destinations are at the nearest toll exit of PLUS Expressway only.)
(We need to assess interest level to confirm a destination. We may also offer you option to hitch on the longer route. eg. Take Penang service for drop-off at Taiping.)

Pick-up points: JB Sentral (KTM)

Departure time from JB: 8-10pm Saturday, May 4 (exact time to be confirmed)
Departure time for return journey: 2-4pm Sunday, May 5 (exact time to be confirmed)

Please use this form to submit your interest. We will contact you for payment when the coach is confirmed. Your transport is only confirmed when the payment is received with acknowledgement from us.
