ANAK lelaki mantan perdana menteri Malaysia Mohd Najib Abdul Razak, hasil perkongsian hidup dengan isteri pertamanya, Tengku Zainah Tengku Eskandar, telah bernikah dengan seorang tokoh politik wanita muda yang sedang meningkat popular Indonesia, demikian menurut laporan sebuah laman web politik terkemuka, realpolitikasia hari ini, Sabtu 11 Mei 2019.

Mohd Nazifuddin Mohd Najib dilaporkan berkahwin dengan Fitri Apriansari Utami, 25, di Jakarta, Indonesia pada Sabtu 4 Mei 2019.

Fitri Apriansari mempunyai kaitan kuat dengan bekas pengerusi parti Golkar dan bekas Speaker Parlimen Indonesia, Setya Novanto yang kini sedang merengkok di dalam penjara atas kesalahan rasuah, adalah anak perempuan kepada Tomy Sumardi dan Susanty Sumardi.

Spekulasi bertiup kencang perkahwinan ini ada kaitan dengan usaha terselindung Najib Razak dalam mendapatkan perlindungan politik dari dakwaan-dakwaan mahkamah di peringkat antarabangsa termasuk dari negara-negara seperti Amerika Syarikat, Luxemborg, Singapura, Switzerland dan Perancis.

Bapa Fitri, Tomy Sumardi dilaporkan menjalin hubungan sangat rapat dengan Setya Novanto.

PETALING JAYA: The son of former prime minister Najib Razak recently got engaged to a young politician from Indonesia’s former ruling party Golkar, Fitri Aprinasari Utami.

The engagement ceremony of Nazifuddin Najib and the 25-year-old Fitri was held at a hotel in Jakarta on May 4.

It is understood that the couple plan to wed in December.

Fitri is the daughter of prominent Indonesian businessman Tommy Sumardi.

azifuddin, 32, is one of three children from Najib’s previous marriage with Tengku Puteri Zainah Tengku Eskandar.

Tengku Puteri Zainah’s name was mentioned alongside Najib’s in the invitation card.

Najib and his wife, Rosmah Mansor, who have been under a travel ban imposed since his fall from power last year, did not attend the function.

Wedding invitations for the 4 May 2019 event in Jakarta were sent in the names of the parents of the bride and groom; Najib Razak and Tengku Zainah Tengku Eskandar, and Tomy and Susanty Sumardi.

 Tomy Sumardi is reported to be close to the former Speaker of the Indones 2ian Parliament and  Golkar chairman, Seya Novanto.Novanto is currently serving time in jail for corruption.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 — DAP veteran lawmaker Lim Kit Siang today questioned the purpose of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s son Mohd Nazifuddin Najib’s trip to Taiwan earlier this week, which has caught attention both here and in Taiwan.

“What was Nazifuddin doing in Taiwan and what was his most important agenda in his quick one-day trip?” Lim, who is the Iskandar Puteri MP, asked in a statement today.

Nazifuddin attracted controversy when a Taiwanese website reported that he was spotted having dinner there with a Taiwanese actress just one day after Najib was charged with criminal breach of trust (CBT) and abuse of power at the High Court here.

“Very few would believe that the whole purpose of Nazifuddin’s quick one-day trip to Taiwan was just to have a rendezvous of wine and food with Celia (Zhang),” he added.

Lim said that only Nazifuddin can answer the question.

“Will he do so?” he asked.

PETALING JAYA: The manager of Celia Chang is preventing the Taiwanese actress from accessing her Facebook page for fear comments there may “unsettle” her, reported Taiwanese news portal Apple Daily.

On Friday (July 6), the portal reported that Mohd Nazifuddin Najib, the son of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, was seeing dining with Chang for more than three hours at a restaurant in Taipei’s Xinyi district on Thursday (July 5)

This reportedly happened soon after Najib was released on bail following his arrest on July 3 over the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.

The portal also reported that Chang claimed to have taken a taxi home after having drinks with Mohd Nazifuddin at a bar in the hotel where he was staying and did not spend the night with him.

She did not deny that they held hands but said that it was just for a minute.

Chang also strongly denied any there were any romantic notions when she and Mohd Nazifuddin kissed, saying it was “just a way of saying goodbye”.
