Syarikat milik Jamal Jamban didakwa curi elektrik TNB pulak
SYARIKAT milik Datuk Jamal Yunos (Jamal Jamban), Ketua Umno Sungai Besar didakwa mencuri elektrik milik Tenaga Nasional Berhad, TNB dengan cara mengubahsuai meter tenaga epektrik di premis yang diduduki oleh syarikat itu.
Hotel milik Jamal Jamban baru-baru ini telah disita oleh pihak berkuasa kerana beroperasi lebih 5 tahun tanpa lesen, makala struktur binaan resort miliknya pula dirobohkan kerana dibina atas tanah haram.

“Don’t be like Jamal,” said the popular singer on her Instagram, followed by several hashtags to imply the water cuts had been notified earlier.
In his message on a WhatsApp group, Jamal replied “My advice to Siti, mind your own water which is not that fertile, or get some new water.”
Jamal denies calling Siti Nurhaliza infertile
PETALING JAYA: Controversial Umno division chief Jamal Yunos has denied calling local songstress Siti Nurhaliza infertile, a remark that inflamed more than just her fans.
“When did I come out with a statement calling Siti Nurhaliza infertile? Where is the WhatsApp message? Show me a print screen of the message.
“I did not say such a thing, don’t simply accuse me. If I say anything it will be on my Facebook.
“If you want to take statements from a WhatsApp group then that’s the problem. Don’t tell me that you, as media who have readers and viewers, will publish something that has not been validated,” he told FMT.
He said his official statements will be issued only through Facebook.

SUNGAI BESAR: Umno division members here defend their chief Jamal Yunos’ actions strongly, including his towel protest over the Selangor water cuts and calling singer Siti Nurhaliza infertile.
They are of the view that the Red Shirts leader was not wrong and he was a brave leader to express his views on issues.
One Umno Sungai Besar Youth committee member Imran Tamrin said it was merely Jamal’s creative way of carrying out his political role.
“To me, I see him as thinking out of the box when he tries to highlight an issue, as not much politicians can do so.”
“What he did was in fact good move to put himself in the limelight,” he told FMT today.

Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos has alleged selective treatment under Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali’s leadership after his resort in Sekinchan was seized for failing to obtain a hotel licence.
“As the menteri besar there shouldn’t be selective treatment. He gives (a licence) to ‘anak dara’ but not to a divorcee.
“He is not a menteri besar only for PKR or Pakatan Harapan, but a menteri besar for the people of Selangor,” he said.
Jamal is likely referring to vendor Siti Hajjar Ahmad, who rose to fame after her run-in with local council authorities was highlighted on Facebook as her ‘Nasi Lemak Anak Dara’ business did not have a licence.
Azmin later personally visited her stall and presented her with a form to apply for a licence.
Jamal said he, too, is a Selangorian.
On Thursday, the Sungai Besar District Council (MDSB) seized Jamal’s resort and commenced demolition of the premises.
However, Jamal’s lawyers succeeded in preventing a complete demolition and will challenge the matter in court.

Jamal Yunos tips off police about gambling joint
He says he had to resort to police help after the Sabak Bernam district council refused to act.
PETALING JAYA: Red Shirts movement leader Jamal Yunos is apparently putting pressure on the Sabak Bernam district council (MDSB) to act against enterprises operating without a licence.
Just a day after his hotel-resort was sealed by the council for operating without a licence, he and his supporters “raided” a gaming outlet he claimed was operating illegally in the district today.
Jamal, sent photographs of the purported gaming centre in Sekinchan to the media today, claiming that there were at least nine similar shops operating in Sabak Bernam, NST Online reported.
He said the shop was raided by a team of policemen at 7pm, several hours after the group lodged their complaint.

Sabak Bernam police chief Supt Nor Azmi Isa confirmed that police had raided the family entertainment centre.
He said the outlet had abused its entertainment centre licence by conducting illegal gaming activities. The team seized 48 machines from the premises.
Azmi said police will check into Jamal’s claim that nine other illegal gaming outlets were operating in Sabak Bernam.
He said the local council had approved licences to only five family entertainment centres in the district.

Fertility centre takes Jamal to task over Siti insult
TMC Fertility Centre says the Umno branch leader’s sarcasm has deep implications for couples who cannot get children despite their best efforts.
PETALING JAYA: A medical centre which helps childless couples has expressed shock over a statement by Red Shirts leader Jamal Yunos poking fun at popular singer Siti Nurhaliza’s inability to conceive.
It said such sarcasm was an insult to both men and women who go through immense pain and misery to achieve parenthood.
TMC Fertility Centre, a pioneer in fertility treatment in Malaysia, said the Umno branch leader owed an apology not only to Siti, but also all women who had to face the mental and emotional pain of failing to conceive.
“Clearly, the need to have a family is a primal instinct that cannot be easily suppressed.
“Women who face trouble conceiving should never ever be victimised for not being able to bear a child,” the hospital said through its communication manager, Chan Li Jin.
Chan said Jamal’s sarcasm had deep implications for couples who repeatedly fail to bear children despite their best efforts, adding that it had caused marriages to fall apart.

Jamal ‘reopens’ sealed resort with ribbon cutting ceremony
SEKINCHAN: Sungai Besar Umno division chief Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos on Friday “reopened” his hotel that was sealed by the Sabak Bernam Dictrict Council a day earlier.
He marked the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony. He also removed the tape used by the local council to seal the premises.
“We have started operations,” he declared adding that he “will be giving a 50 percent discount to guests, 60 percent discount to the local council president and officers and an 87 percent discount to Azmin and his exco members.”
Datuk Seri Azmin Ali is Selangor Mentri Besar.
The Sekin Fishermen Village Hotel and Resort here was shut down and sealed by the Sabak Bernam District Council Thursday for operating without a licence.
The local council also demolished several chalets built on a small stretch of government reserve land behind the resort which was build on land that Jamal purchased 10 years ago.

The Sabak Bernam District Council (MDSB) has demolished a resort in Sekinchan belonging to Sungai Besar Umno division chief Jamal Md Yunus.
In a Facebook posting, the red-shirts leader accused Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali of ordering the demolition as an act of vendetta.
“They stuck the notice this morning and tore it down this evening.
“This is a vengeful act by the Selangor state government for how vocal I am in criticising the state government under Azmin’s leadership,” he said.
Jamal added that he had been protesting against Azmin to fight for Selangor residents who had to face water disruptions.
Meanwhile, Sekinchan assemblyperson Ng Suee Lim said he had been informed by local councillors that the demolition of the Sekim Resort was not related to Jamal’s protests.
“There is no act of vengeance whatsoever… It is just a coincidence,” Ng told Malaysiakini.
He said MDSB had been sending Jamal notices about his resort over the past five years, on non-compliance with land and development regulations.
“The council has sent him notices, summonses, compounds, all of these. MDSB even asked him to demolish the resort himself.
“But he continued to be defiant, so MSDB and the land office took action. It can’t be seen that the council is not strict in enforcing
