Driver who fled scene after accident at SLE arrested for drink driving http://goo.gl/srcoCB

Police said on Friday (Jan 29) that the young man was arrested along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9 at about 9.30am on the day of the accident.
He did not pass the Breath Evidential Analyser (BEA) test, and was believed to have driven the vehicle without a valid driving licence or motor insurance.
He will be charged in court with the offences of drink driving, driving without a valid licence, hit-and-run, dangerous driving, as well as driving without a valid motor insurance.

Two taken to hospital after accident on SLE
Two people in a lorry were injured in an accident on Seletar Expressway (SLE) on Tuesday morning after a driver crashed his sedan into the lorry.
The impact flipped the lorry first onto its side and then upside down.
The badly-damaged sedan ended up on the right side of SLE, in the direction of Woodlands, after the Yio Chu Kang exit.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force received a call at about 9.30am and sent an ambulance, said a spokesman.
The lorry driver, 56, and passenger, 21, were taken conscious to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
The 22-year-old male driver of the sedan was arrested in relation to the accident, said a police spokesman.
