My daughter was a victim on 27 September 2014 … this same guy. Almost exactly as described. Ran away with her handphone. Made police report.

[Precautionary Advice] This is not the first time the person shown in this photo tried to scam others. Please be aware and not to fall for his elaborate scheme or threats.According to Chieu Mei, a police report has been made.3rd January 2014, Time : Approximately 1:00pmLocation : Setapak, Kuala LumpurShared by Chieu MeiTo those who stay in Setapak area, please beware of this guy. He will bang your car, (softly), and then accuse you for not paying attention or never give signal. It always happen in corner area while you are turning in. Lady driver is his target, with his already broken bike, purple in colour, incomplete plate number WWX, WWG, 8874.

This is what happened to me, while I was turning in to Pv area from festival mall. I heard a soft sound from rear part of my car, I turned and saw this guy trying to balance up himself from not falling. I thought since he is alright, (didnt fall and didn’t bang into divider), so, it’s just a small case and didn’t want to attend him. He stopped me, and showed me his bike, with lot of damages, and kept accusing me for not giving any signal.

He then made a phone call, said checked with his cousin, need 300 to fix the bike. I asked to send the bike to nearest workshop, he gave lot of excuses, said need the bike for work and it is not his bike.

Suspiciously, I then stepped out of “my” car and checked, there was “no scratches at all ” while his bike with huge damages, the front part drop, oil leaking, both side with scratches, unbelievable!!!

I logically explained to him all the damages is not possible, he then try to frighten me by saying, “no need to talk, we go police station.” When I asked him go to the nearest station, he refused.

I took his picture, and realized there is no car plate on his bike. The whole story he made was so fishy, I then went off to report this case as, con case.I shared this story to my friends, and thereafter only found out, a lot of people encountered it before, it is not a new case. With same bike and same fella.I’ve already made police report and told the policeman about the case.Share this story to your friends and family, especially lady, to avoid same case happen

I am also a victim – same MO, he bang my car softly and claimed that I didnt pay attention. Show me signal to stop nearby and try to intimidate me by suggesting to go to police station – which I agreed. But he did not allow me to take photo of his ‘OK’ bike and hurl more threats at me. His number plate then was WWG8874. My incident was at Jln Yap Kwan Seng, KLCC, 12 April 2013. I believe many more similar cases – from this guy.
