THE UNIVERSITY

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), established under the UTAR Education Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, was officially launched on 13 August 2002.

The establishment was timely with the recognition of the private education industry by the Government of Malaysia as a vital engine in stimulating and sustaining the growth of intellectual capital to meet the complex needs of an increasingly knowledge-based and innovation-driven economy.

Guided by its vision to be a premier University for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge and expertise while emphasising on the holistic development of individuals for nation building, UTAR has made impressive strides in establishing a strong reputation as a comprehensive University with dedication to achieving excellence in teaching and research.

MCA is like the Chinese version of Umno!
UMNO implement race-based quota in public universities and now MCA wants to implement membership-based quota system in UTAR so that MCA members children get priority to study in UTAR.

The Chinese Community donated more than RM200 Million to built UTAR and now MCA is backstabbing the community by wanting to implement membership-based quota system in UTAR.

MCA, Shame on you!

WHO IS GOH GAIK MENG? He is Datuk Goh Gaik Meng (Batu), running for the MCA Youth Chuef post.

3-way fight likely for MCA Youth chief post

PETALING JAYA (Aug 6, 2013): MCA Youth is likely to see a three-cornered fight for its top post in its year-end election.

Apart from the favourite candidate, national Youth Education Bureau chief Chong Sin Woon, two division youth chiefs, Datuk Goh Gaik Meng (Batu) and Tan Kok Eng (Bandar Tun Razak) are expected to join the fray.

It is learnt that incumbent Youth vice-chief Yoo Wei How, who was earlier tipped to contest the position, would focus on defending his central committee (CC) post in the parent body instead.
