According to video posted at 1335h on 14 Dec 2022, a boy brought a stray cat through lift to level 22.
After looking around, the boy threw the cat down from the window ledge.
A member of the public started a change.org petition requesting justice for the “old, docile community cat” named Panther.
The SPCA was alerted to a case of a cat being flung off a HDB building by a young boy on 15 December 2022 and have since escalated it to the authorities.
