Note the words in the last paragraph: Your deliberately false statements…

I refer to your letter dated 28th March 2019. I am most honoured that you have written to me, a person whom the DAP Chinese say is not relevant and who no one bothers about. The fact that Jack Ma is the second tycoon after Robert Kuok to write to me shows I am very much relevant, and that important and powerful people care about what I write.

Of course, Robert Kuok is not a member of the Communist Party of China like Jack Ma is. Robert Kuok is a member of Pakatan Harapan of Malaysia, that sort of runs things just like a Communist party. And the backbone of Pakatan Harapan is DAP, which, in essence, is the Communist Party of Malaya or CPM.

If you insist that Ambiga Sreenevasan’s information regarding Jack Ma’s meeting with Lim Guan Eng and Tony Pua is incorrect then I am prepared to offer you the benefit of the doubt. After all, Ambiga has been wrong before, such as her story regarding the RM90 million bribe that former Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak was alleged to have paid the PAS President, Abdul Hadi Awang.

Hence I have taken down that article and promise never to repeat that story.

Just out of curiosity, though, since we have sort of settled this matter out of court, would there be a possibility you will be able to pay me RM1.4 million? I am just asking and if you do not agree to pay me RM1.4 million that is okay.

Clare Rewcastle Brown of Sarawak Report was sued by Hadi regarding the false RM90 million story and she begged Hadi to agree to settle the case out of court. And after that she received RM1.4 million. So the person who sues pays the person being sued RM1.4 million when the person being sued begs to settle the case out of court.

You may think this appears weird even for China’s standard of justice but then that is how things are done in Malaysia. For example, if our case goes to court, you will need to prove you did not have any meeting with Lim Guan Eng and Tony Pua. I, who alleged the meeting took place, need not prove anything. I just need to declare that this was what Ambiga told me and that she got the information from Husam Musa.

This is called the justice system of “guilty unless you can prove you are innocent”, the type of law that Malaysia uses. In fact, Najib can tell you about this as he is also being subjected to that same “guilty unless you can prove you are innocent” justice system.

Anyway, nice chatting with you and do stay well.

Yours truly,

Raja Petra Kamarudin
