This is why it hurts when they say "drinking is not Malaysian culture." Not because I justify drinking. But because they so clearly mean Malaysian = Malaya.

as some of my fellow Malaysians pointed out, many Malays actually drink and we really don't care (I mean we don't police them for drinking alcohol)

and yet some entitled Malays have the audacity to bitch about "disrespectful" or "non-inclusive" for being invited to clubbing
