Take home point: If you have actual professional experience in the fields of molecular biology/ chemistry/ genetics, you can see that the claims listed below are no better than random intoxicated blokes rambling on the street.
1 Bacterial DNA (plasmids) has been found in mRNA vaccine vials.

2 A cancer-promoting genetic sequence—SV40—has been found in the Covid-19 vaccines.
Actual reality of the situation: Even your own, human DNA, contains promoters! Genes frequently need promoters to signal to your body, hey create this protein. The reader can think of them as an “on switch”. If mRNA did not contain a promoter (many even regular human mRNAs do), the production of protein would be much less or at times nonexistent. Next off, while SV40 is found in some cancers, it is the WHOLE VIRUS that must be present to cause cancer, not just the promoter. Molecular biologists mix and match promoters all the time to get effective protein production, and it just so happens SV40 promoters come in handy for this purpose. Antivaxxers just love to stoke fear and claim they found this for the first time.
5 Multiple mechanisms exist in which this genetic information might be integrated into the human genome.
Actual reality of the situation: Thinking of mechanisms theoretically is a good practice that mainstream molecular biologists go through all the time, but this sentence ignores all the mechanisms by which cells dispose of foreign DNA all the time. The authors have no reproducible evidence either the DNA plasmid or the mRNA is being integrated into a human genome. Failure to know this basic science on their part would fail them out of introductory college level molecular biology courses.
6 This DNA could instruct our bodies to produce mRNA and foreign proteins for an unknown period with potential implications for subsequent generations.
Actual reality of the situation: Aliens from Sirius could take me to their planet too, but there is no evidence they are here. Same idea for this claim – they owe the world evidence for this claim. While it is true that circulating spike protein exists after vaccination and lymph node spike expression exists to some extent, this is a very different statement from saying “DNA asks our bodies to produce foreign protein for an unknown period of time”. Specifically – spike produced from the original vaccination is different from saying, hey, the body is producing spike for ages.
7 There is no constructive purpose identified for the undeclared SV40 promotor sequence.
Actual reality of the situation: The constructive purpose is identified above, for the people who originally authored this statement at the World Council for Health, who weren’t paying attention in basic molecular biology.
8 There are multiple completely undeclared genetic sequences in both Moderna and Pfizer vials with the SV40 sequence found only in the Pfizer vials. However, latent SV40 infections in a significant portion of the population could present the same SV40 risk to Moderna recipients.
Actual reality of the situation: There is no evidence that having the SV40 promoter in a vaccine could cause a latent SV40 viral infection to cause cancer in humans. Viral gene promoters are not the same thing as whole viruses, and the original WCH tweet authors hope you didn’t pay attention.
9 Even in the absence of chromosomal integration, the DNA plasmids could generate mRNA for the spike protein toxin and other harmful proteins for prolonged and unpredictable periods of time.
Actual reality of the situation: Human cells have very efficient mechanisms to degrade bacterial plasmids. This is simple biology, like college freshman level stuff.
10 Integration of foreign DNA into the human genome disrupts existing natural genetic sequences; this carries further risk of disease including cancer.
Actual reality of the situation: Again, I repeat, that aliens from Sirius could kidnap me too, but there is no evidence this is about to happen. There is no evidence that such integration of vaccines has occured in humans.

Actual reality of the situation: Try, in any other profession, to predict all the risks of anything in perpetuity forever. For example, when the architects of the Kerch Strait bridge in Crimea made that bridge, they weren’t planning on a Russian invasion. This is a purposefully vague and unachievable statement.
