Hua Chunying said that Caleb Maupin, who demonstrated against Tsai Ing-wen, spoke the true voice of the American people but the guy is a Russian propagandist who works for Russia Today.

Hua Chunying is a Chinese official and former diplomat serving as a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China since 2012 and as the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2021. Wikipedia
