Before dissolving Parliament, he claimed govt was prepared to handle floods. Now he says he will kickstart conversation with EC to look for alternatives if floods hit. Why wasn’t this discussed in the earlier meetings? Is the govt prepared? Is @IsmailSabri60 lying? (3/4)
