1. Former Federal Court judge Gopal Sri Ram will lead Sam Ke Ting’s appeal in the basikal lajak case.

According to The Edge, Sam’s legal team includes Sri Ram, Harvinderjit Singh and Muhammad Faizal Mokhtar.

They had offered their services pro bono.

3. He added that a petition of appeal will be filed after that.

“If need be, we will also add questions of law to be argued during the appeal.”
