Jamal threatens to ‘kick’ Kit Siang, calls protesters ‘yellow-shirted dogs’
Umno Sungai Besar division chief Jamal Md Yunos has threatened to “kick” DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang over the latter’s actions in the Dewan Rakyat today.
Jamal expressed support for Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia’s move to suspend Kit Siang from the lower house, but said more drastic measures should have been taken.
“Rather than being asked to leave, Kit Siang should have been kicked out of Parliament.
“If I was at the Parliament earlier, I would have terajang (kicked) him. It’s a good thing that I was not allowed to enter Parliament when I wanted to.
“It was right for Kit Siang to be removed because he was disrespectful to the Parliament and the speaker,” he told a press conference at his Gerakan Gabungan NGO Malaysia office in Ampang today.
He also branded Kit Siang a “communist” and accused him of working with Guan Eng to steal money from Penang citizens.
“Kit Siang should not be an MP anymore because he should first settle the case of his son stealing money.
“His son and he have stolen money from the people of Penang, making a tunnel worth hundreds of millions of ringgit, and even then, no tunnel is to be seen.
“Before he accuses others of being a pencuri (thief), he is the one who is a pencuri,” he said.
At the same press conference, Jamal urged police to take stern action against those who protested the EC’s report outside the Parliament building today, even going as far as to label them “yellow-shirted dogs.”
“We ask the police to take stern action on these yellow-shirted dogs so that they are charged in court.
“The inspector-general of police has already given them a warning and yet they have broken the law with no action taken against them.

Look in the mirror, social media users tell Jamal
UMNO leader Jamal Yunus should check his own behaviour before criticising Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, said social media users.
The provocative Jamal’s statement against Dr Mahathir and his wife today triggered a flood of angry comments on social media.
Many users called out Jamal for being rude and disrespectful, saying that he should look in the mirror before speaking.
The irony was not lost on Twitter user festive tewwy (@_freakinster) who said, “Someone needs a long hard look in the mirror. The irony wow”.
On Facebook, Wan Seri Mayangsari Malek responded with laughter and jokingly suggested starting a crowdfunding page to buy Jamal a mirror.
Other users said that Jamal should take his own advice and go back to school to straighten out his thuggish behaviour.
“Ko tu yg kena gi sekolah balik. Dulu suruh belajar asik ponteng haa sekarang ni jadi samseng jalanan,” said Ainah Bahrom in the comments section on Facebook.
(You’re the one that needs to go back to school. Last time, always playing truant now nothing but a street thug.)
Go back to school and learn respect, Jamal tells Dr Mahathir, wife
UMNO leader Jamal Yunos today ticked off former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, his wife, Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, and former law minister, Zaid Ibrahim, asking them to “go back to school” to learn how to respect royals.
Jamal said Dr Mahathir and his wife’s act of returning awards to the Selangor palace was akin to children throwing a tantrum after being scolded by their elders, and was an act of disrespect to the sultan.
“After being told off a little by the sultan of Selangor, (they) are acting like children… throwing a tantrum and returning the awards.
“If there wasn’t a crisis, then returning these medals wouldn’t be an issue… but if there is a crisis and criticism which led to the return of these honorary awards means it’s a protest that they cannot accept and don’t respect the sultan. This is the interpretation,” he said.
Jamal was speaking to reporters after lodging a police report against Dr Mahathir, Dr Siti Hasmah and Zaid, claiming that they had insulted the sultan of Selangor.
“They all need to go back to Standard 1, go back to school.
“I want to tell Tun M (Dr Mahathir), don’t try to be smart by talking big about Malaysia. Go back to Standard 1, learn the Rukun Negara.
“Same goes with Zaid, go back to Standard 1, learn the meaning of the Rukun Negara, follow and be loyal to the Rukun Negara, then you can be a leader,” he said outside the Dang Wangi police station in Kuala Lumpur today.

Jamal should whip his ‘DAP insiders’ for fake news, says Pua
Selangor DAP chief Tony Pua has denied the existence of a plan to field Zaid Ibrahim for a state seat, let alone making him the menteri besar if Pakatan Harapan retains Selangor in the coming national polls.
He was commenting on Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos’ claim that he received this information from “Malay DAP members”.
“Obviously Jamal’s insider isn’t me or my Selangor state committee members because his name (Zaid) has never been proposed or even discussed as a state assemblyperson candidate, what more a menteri besar,” he told Malaysiakini.
Pua, who is also the MP for Petaling Jaya Utara, said Jamal…..should take his “insiders” to task for providing him with false information.
“Jamal should go back and whip his ‘insiders’ because he or she is obviously selling him fake news,” he added.
Jamal’s DAP ‘insiders’ reveal plan to make Zaid S’gor MB
Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos has claimed to have received information concerning DAP’s purported plan for former law minister Zaid Ibrahim.
Citing information leaked to him by his “Malay friends in DAP”, the controversial politician claimed that DAP wants to install Zaid as Selangor menteri besar after the next general election.
“We know DAP is not really on the same page with (current menteri besar) Azmin Ali,” he told a media conference in Ampang today.
Jamal claimed that DAP is confident that it would possess the lion’s share of state seats if Pakatan Harapan retains Selangor in the coming general election.
“They would then demand that a representative or elected assemblyperson from DAP be appointed as menteri besar. This is what they are working on.
“The concern is how can someone who is rude towards the sultan be made a menteri besar?” he asked.
Malaysiakini has contacted Selangor DAP for comment and is awaiting their response.
