Low Yat brawl: Bagan Umno chief detained

BUKIT MERTAJAM: Police have detained Bagan Umno division head Datuk Shaik Hussein Mydin outside the central Seberang Prai police station as he was about to hold a press conference over the Low Yat brawl.

When the former Penang Umno Youth chief arrived outside of the police station, he was immediately detained by two policemen at about 1.45pm.

At press time, Shaik Hussein was still being held.
