A video recording of Rosmah Mansor receiving Cinderella-like treatment for her feet has set tongues wagging.
But her aide Rizal Mansor comes to her defence, saying the prime minister’s wife cannot bend down due to pain in her knees.
Social media went abuzz over a 31-second clip uploaded on Facebook, showing a woman having to put on shoes for Rosmah.
Clad in a red kaftan, she is seen standing at the door while a smartly-clad woman squatted and put on a pair of shoes for her.
As Rosmah shifted her feet in an apparent attempt to facilitate the woman’s effort, the prime minister’s wife chatted with those nearby.
After around 10 seconds, Rosmah then proceeded to a buggy waiting for her.
