“Crab dish – $308!

“Our visitors from Australia had a rude shock when they had crabs at Fuqing Marina Bay Seafood at Boat Quay.

“They have been regular visitors since 1986, and they were shocked when it happened to them after they heard about others going through the same experience.

“Firstly, they were presented with a different menu when they disputed the price of the crabs ordered.

They were offered a 20% discount but they felt they were overcharged and were not told the cost of the crabs like in many places.

“We were embarrassed when they told us of the incident.
