Regard this as a rumor if you find it hard to believe. But this photo has already caused quite a sensation on #WeChat in China.
Why?
A man claims to have identified at least six #prostitutes, allegedly hired by the #CCP for $200 a day, to welcome #XiJinping.
They were reportedly flown from Flushing, #NewYork, to #SF, with funds provided by the #CCP embassy through New York’s overseas #Chinese and hometown associations.
The reason for hiring prostitutes?
According to some, CCP embassy officials felt that the older individuals typically sourced through Chinese and hometown associations lacked the desired youthful appearance, prompting them to opt for younger women instead.
In #Flushing, known for its large Chinese population, numerous underground brothels operate, some with girls standing on the street to lure ‘customers.’ It’s claimed that this is where the CCP found some of its recruits.
Allegedly, relatives and classmates of some prostitutes in China recognized them in the photo, expressing surprise and noting, “I heard she was planning to return to China for a civil servant job. I had no idea she was involved in such activities in Flushing….”
