Takde respon . . . if you can, please forward to Charles Santiago or Anthony Loke.

I regret to report that as of today, 18:16 30mar2023,
water is still wasted – – – over 90 metric tons per day.

If Charles is interested, there is a school nearby
exuding water at about 1 litre a second and there
are two cases in the 5 litres per second range and
    . . . . . . . all 3 have been going on over 10 years.

To put things in perspective, 1 litre per second works
out to 86 metric tons per day.

I have a suggestion: obtain funding for a contest open
to the public – – – including water meter readers. All
submissions are registered in a public database.
    Each submission will
be verified by a quantity surveyor and the “savings”
published. Rewards are given based on the accumulated
“savings” and at the end of each year the top 3 scorers
get awards. A parallel contest is opened to engineering
teams of no more than two members per team. Their job is to
identify/fix the most intractable problems reported.

The contest only runs for 5 years or until the next change
    in government.

If after that period, NRW and water wastage discovered
still remains high, it may be extended for another 5 years.

Subject: another 2 million plus litres of water wasted at this MRT station

The random 5 emails on BCC, please forward this to
Anthony Loke. I am sure you know how. He should
try using a wheelchair on his not-so-secret trips.

    Like machine gun.

    16315.99 – 13443.80 = 2872.19 cubic metres
    = 2.87 million litres
    = 2,872 metric tons.
This is more than the volume of a 2m deep Olympic-size
    swimming pool.

    0952_15mar2023 – 1411_12feb2023 = 19h41m 30d
    – 14mar2023 ==> 19h41m 29d = 715.6 hours

    2,872,190 / 715.6 = 4,013 litres per hour
    or 66.9 litres per minute
or 1.1 litres per second continuously.

    How does an under-utilized{the ajoining multi-story car-park
that used to be full is typically empty} MRT station use so
much water? 2.87 million litres a month?

    https://youtu.be/cGKispFeXoQ 0131546 0903 30nov2020

    ==> 2,664,289 / 0h18m 28d = 1.1 litres per second.

    What is your accountant doing?
Don’t they see any red flags?

Same case over 2 years ago.
    No lessons learnt?

I suggest you hire your accountants from TAR College/some
Chinaman company or IBM. They don’t miss a cent.

I don’t know how LONG this has been happening so if you
bother to take action, you can save money that is now going
    down the drain.

I think I deserve some reward.

PS [ aduan sini, aduan sana, emel tak baca sampai
    dilarang olih FB RapidKL, perkhidmatan
pelanggan di Malaysia sangat teruk ]
