Will the High Court judge/(s) be disciplined for getting things wrong? I hope the charge does not get repaired. This is indeed an occasion to celebrate. Best news since the pandemic. Even better than the GE15 outcome.
Dangerous driving, did she killed anyone? Was she on drugs, if she was on illegal drugs then she stay in jail for ten years. If she killed someone accidentally or intended her jail term should be 20 years or more. The fines is so less. Should have fines her over $100,000 if she killed someone.
