1. Penang and Perlis have been hit by flash floods following heavy rain in both states.

3. Meanwhile in Perlis, three areas in Kangar were hit by flashfloods.

Perlis APM is currently monitoring the hotspot areas and rivers in the state.

No flood relief centres have been opened in either state yet.
