The 100 Most Influential People
Tony Fernandes

Air-travel companion
More than 8 million people are in the air each day traveling in planes, trusting their lives to the care of strangers. Technicians, in-flight crew, pilots. You don’t hear much when things go as planned. When things go wrong, there is terrible speculation, uncertainty and questions from every direction.
People reveal their true selves in the worst of times. After learning that AirAsia Flight 8501 had gone missing, Tony Fernandes stilled the chaos by being himself—a family man and a business leader. He guided his company and employees through the horror. As AirAsia continued to serve its passengers, Tony acted as a friend, father and son to families whose darkest days were not done.
The end of every journey is home. With his strength, candor and compassion, Tony helps get AirAsia’s passengers home every day. And he continues to lead a company that has earned the trust of travelers.

QUESTION:
IF TONY FERNANDES KNEW BEFOREHAND THAT FLIGHT QZ8501 WOULD CRASH AND SOLD 944,800 SHARES IN TUNE INSURANCE, WHY DIDN’T HE, OR TUNE INSURANCE, SELL ANY AIRASIA SHARES? AirAsia shares plunged on the day the KLSE opened after the crash.
Look at how many shares of Airasia are held by Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd; none of the dealings involve Tune Insurance.

Look at all the buyers and sellers of AirAsia in the period before Flight QZ8501 crashed:

THE INSINUATION IS THAT HE KNEW that it would happen before the crash of Flight QZ8501.
People who make such an insinuation are WICKED!
Yes, Tony Fernandes sold off 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd on 22 and 23 December 2014. NO, IT WAS NOT ONE DAY BEFORE FLIGHT QZ8501 CRASHED.
Never mind the fact that he, a non-independent, non executive director, sold only 944,800 shares and still holds a 30.73% indirect stake and a 0.01% direct stake in Tune Insurance. Something like almost 231 million shares!
WHAT? He sold less than a million shares? Is that all?
You have to have your brain stuffed up the place where the sun never shines to believe that he knew before QZ8501 crashed and sold to profit from it…

Busted: AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes dumped 944,800 shares 1 Day Before Flight Disappeared (Video)
(Click on the link for the video: http://youtu.be/3eThBKpkSco)
AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandes dumped 944,800 shares in Tune Insurance Holdings Bhd, the organization that provides travel insurance for AirAsia passengers, just days before the disappearance of Flight QZ8501.
The day the airline disappeared, the stock fell by 7%, do you believe in coincidences?
As you will see in the video below Dabooh7 confirms these actions. This is no different than on the days prior to 911, when Airline stock options, Banks and insurance companies saw very unusual trading action before the planes flew into the World Trade Center (Twin Towers).
…
Fernandes decision to dump the shares less than a week before AirAsia Flight QZ8501 disappeared over the Java Sea prompted some to speculate that he may have had prior knowledge of the incident.
“Did Fernandes know his company stock was about to take a hit? The timing is suspicious,”asks Heavy.com, adding, “If so, it indicates knowledge of an impending attack on AirAsia.”
The International Business Times adds that the move has prompted many to voice the theory that Fernandes, “possibly knew about an impending attack on one of the company’s aircraft.”
