Stranded hikers found

BUKIT MERTAJAM: Firemen here found two women who were lost for four hours at the Cherok Tokun hiking trail here on yesterday evening.
Rescue officials found the women in their 20s near the summit of the hill at about 11pm last night safe and unhurt.
It was learnt that the women were stranded at about 2,000 feet from the foot of the hill.

Two women feared missing at Bukit Ceruk Tokkun
BUKIT MERTAJAM: Two women are feared lost while hiking up on Bukit Cerok Tokun here on Saturday night.
A Bukit Mertajam Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they learned about the incident when one of the women made an emergency call after failing to find their way down the hill.
“One of the women called the emergency line at 7 pm, saying she and her friend had been hiking up the hill but could not find their way down,” he told Bernama when contacted.
