I emailed a cousin that we must be emotionally prepared for injustice. Many of you have encouraged us to fight for justice for my mom. We forget that this is Malaysia where the polis – in Malaysia, we don’t have police -and the whole government machinery is subverted to the whims of Umno.
The polis exercised their discretionary powers not to remand a lawless Umno driver. The polis released a killer Umno truck within 3 days. Superefficient. No wonder our country has one of the deadliest roads in the world. The same polis took 15 days to collect the investigation papers and then slept on it for 11 days before its pilgrimage to the state polis HQ. Obviously, for Umno members to face justice, polis SOP(standard operating procedure) require another century. They are calling in my father for questioning again – dredging through his memory the painful series of events when a speeding truck killed his wife. Very established police technique to rattle suspected criminals – asking the same questions over and over again.
Obviously, guilty lawless Umno drivers won’t go to jail as long as Umno forms the government.

IT’S 25 MARCH 2013, ALMOST TWO WEEKS AFTER THE OPEN LETTER TO NAJIB. IF ANYTHING IS BEING DONE, WE HAVE NOT HEARD OF IT.
IF YOU KNOW ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE CASE, PLEASE INFORM US.

My father was on his motorbike 20 feet behind my mother. Your Umno Youth Lumut chief must have taken him for a stupid old rubber tapper when he tried to cover up for his minions by telling lies. My 78 year old father was alone. He had no tattoos. In fact, he is among the last survivors of the brave band that comprised the Homeguard that protected Sitiawan during the Emergency. Your Government recently presented him with a Sijil Penghargaan for service to the nation. He can both read and write basic Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English. As reward for his sacrifice, your Lumut Umno Youth darkened these his last days with grief and insulted him by calling him a tattooed man and left him broken in the heart and spirit.
In fact, he was too stunned by the accident and did not know what to do. He did the only thing he could – send a distress call to his daughter-in- law in KL, who in turn called his daughter. His daughter quickly called a relative in Sitiawan who rushed to the scene within minutes with his Rela squad.
They were so prompt that the reporters caught the Umno passengers red-handed still bravely ripping Zambry’s photo and their BN logo off their vehicle. In the photo, you can see your brave Umno youth at their duty with a Rela Malay woman member in the foreground in tudung. The task was so important that they still had no time to check and see whether my mother was still alive.
Yet your minions in Lumut described the act of his underlings in a reply to Malaysiakini as “tak sengaja”. Driving below the 90 km limit may excuse an accident. Driving at a high speed on a kampong road and killing a motorcyclist is an unforgivable act. “Tak Sengaja?” What kind of leader is that?
Or are Umno youth given licenses to “gempur” on our Malaysian roads and given the right to kill non-Umno people? My mother was in fact once upon a time a MCA Wanita member. My mother already died. Nothing Umno youth do or do not do will bring her back. After grievously hurting our family they did not even have the time to apologize. They were too busy giving excuses being not human enough to attempt to help the accident victim, which should be the first thing that comes to mind in the hearts of any other human beings.
The driver was not remanded at all. He was excused on grounds of fear of imaginary tattooed men, an excuse credible only to 3 year olds and Polis DiRaja Malaysia. The Umno Hilux was released from police custody within 3 days as reported by Malaysiakini. Our police force is super efficient but to date (10 days) the Investigation Papers is still unready. Both the state and national BN leaders both MCA and Umno still maintain a deafening wall of silence.
We just want the law of the land be enforced and the guilty punished. We do not seek revenge. We cry out for justice and we are derided by your cyber troopers as anti-Umno and racists or can it be that Umno is anti-justice or is justice anti-Umno? Or are Umno members licensed to drive at reckless speed and killing non-Umno members so they are not guilty.
We are uneasy with the pattern or deeds and words of both Umno and the police – tattooed men, the reckless driver not being remanded, the Umno truck quickly released and the Investigation Papers still in a limbo. In all humility we request that justice be done and seen to be done.
Thank you very much.
I’ve obtained the sketch plan from the police, which is shown below. See the skid marks? I leave you to make your own estimation how fast the IDIOT was driving.

Dear friends
I have to share what happened in the light of the disinformation of the Lumut Youth head and the actions of the police to date. The police did not remand the driver although it is being INVESTIGATED under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act as is the standard procedure for fatal accidents. The Umno Hilux was released so quickly to its owners – within 3 days. It seems that only Umno is important. Everything else does not matter.
On 3.3.2013 at 9.36 or thereabout, my mother was riding her motorbike in the motorcycle lane on the road from Lekir back to Kg Koh. The Umno Hilux was speeding so fast that when he braked, the skid marks stretched a distance between 4 TNB posts. He banged into the rear of my mother’s motorbike. My mother was thrown off her motorbike and fell head down onto the road, as a result of which her neck bones were snapped.
The driver got out and ran away, leaving behind 2 passengers in the Hilux. My father, who was riding about 20 feet behind did not know what to do so he called his daughter-in-law in KL who then called my sister in KL. Desperate for help, my sister contacted the only relative she could think of in Sitiawan. The relative contacted his Rela squad. They reached the scene within minutes, accompanied by the Chinese press. They arrived so fast that they managed to photograph the 2 passengers busy tearing off the BN posters. Neither they nor the driver had time to help my mother. There were no tattooed men. It is an excuse only 3 year olds and the police can believe. All were Rela members, including some in tudung as is shown in the photographs.
The Umno Youth Lumut chief had time to get his Hilux from police custody in 3 days and time to rebut in Malaysiakini but he was so busy he could only make a feeble attempt to see us 5 days after the accident.
The Umno Youth Lumut chief is not responsible for the accident. But he is responsible for entrusting it to a driver whose reckless and irresponsible driving make the Umno Hilux a killing machine. His actions and denials following the accident reveal his moral cowardice. His Hilux is more important than my mother’s life.

Umno lying about hit-and-run accident, says victim’s son

The family of the victim of a fatal hit-and-run accident involving an Umno truck in Manjung, Perak is unhappy with Lumut Umno Youth’s explanation over the incident.
They claim Lumut Umno division chief Mohd Shahril Yahaya’s denial that the driver and its occupants had fled the scene instead of helping the victim was dishonest.
Mohd Shahril had reported that the driver left the scene of the accident because he had been scared at the sight of tattooed men who were allegedly present nearby.
“Actually, there were no tattooed men there whatsoever. And in the truck were two people, besides the driver.
“After the accident, two came out to remove the ‘dacing’ (BN) logos and Zambry’s photograph. After that, the driver fled and left the two men at the scene of the accident,” said Tan Yu Sing, who is one of the victim’s sons.

Police today returned the Toyota Hilux truck, registered in the name of Lumut Umno Youth, that was involved in a hit-and-run incident that killed a senior citizen in Manjung, Perak.
“The vehicle was returned yesterday,” Manjung district police headquarters traffic investigating officer Muhammad Ikhwan Abdul Hamid told Malaysiakini.
Ikhwan said investigations were still going on, under Section 41 (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
“We have called in and taken down statements from the deceased’s husband and the vehicle driver. We had already taken down several statements on the day of the incident.
“We have (before this) sent the vehicle to the technical department and vehicular inspection unit Puspakom for further investigation.”

“He worried for his safety because there were a lot of people with tattoos at the scene.
“The driver was in the area but he was forced to deny (his involvement in the accident) because did not want any untoward incident to happen,” Mohd Shahril said when contacted by Malaysiakini yesterday

The Lumut Umno Youth division in Perak has denied that one of its members who caused the death of a 73-year-old woman in a road accident had fled the scene.
Division leader Mohd Shahril Yahaya claimed the driver disembarked from his vehicle, a pick-up truck, and kept his distance from the victim because of fear.
“It was not what was claimed (that he ran away). He got down from the vehicle.
“But when he saw that she was not moving, he drove the vehicle some 100m away because a lot of people had gathered and the driver was scared.

‘BN logo removed after truck knocked down grandma’
According to China Press, the road accident happened yesterday morning at Lekir, Perak, along the main road from Lekir to Kamunting.
The daily said the four-wheel drive vehicle…believed to be a campaign vehicle…
However, attempts by the daily to contact Perak Menteri Besar Zambry Abdul Kadir and his aide were unsuccessful.

After fatally knocking down a septuagenarian with their four-wheel drive, several men are alleged to have immediately set about removing stickers bearing a BN component party logo and a 1Malaysia flag from the vehicle, before leaving the scene without offering any help to the victim.
According to China Press, the road accident happened yesterday morning at Lekir, Perak, along the main road from Lekir to Kamunting.
The 73-year-old woman was returning to her home together with her 78-year-old husband on two separate motorbikes after tapping rubber in a nearby estate.
“My grandfather was trailing my grandmother by about 6m when suddenly a Hilux truck (with BN and Umno logos visible all over the vehicle) passed by him at a very high speed and rammed into the back of my grandmother’s motorbike.
“She was thrown off her motorbike and fell head first onto the tarred road,” claimed the deceased’s granddaughter Joanne Lim in a posting on Facebook.

Animals – more concerned abt hiding their identity by tearing off the BN stickers than helping the victim of their actions. You can’t even say they panicked & ran away as they had the presence of mind to remove the posters.
That makes them MURDERERS!!!
ANSWERS TO THE OPEN LETTER MUST BE GIVE… FAST!! KILLED FROM BEHIND!! TIKUS AND MURDERERS INDEED!!
Orang Umno mengapa sembunyi dan larikan diri selepas melanggar nenek cina?Macam mana nak pimpin negara dengan perangai yang tak bertanggung jawab.Lebih baik sembunyikan dirididalam hutan tebal Malaysia.Pengecut betul !
If Islam was such a great religion as is claimed , ALLAh should punish these bastards severely . Murderers. Bloody morons, running to hide their balls, what is BN made of? Balless upstarts.
These inhuman umno murderers should go to jail for killing an old lady.Give them 25 years and 20 strokes of rotan. If Najib does not make sure that the victim’s family receives justice for their beloved mother’s death caused by these UMNO youth goons, then Najib will face his own punishment from God. Surely God will punish the whole lot of them.
Nobody should be above law. The murderer should be locked up already before he kills another victim.
I’m very sorry for your loss. May justice prevail. Though it may not reverse time, it might at least provide solace.
No need for expletives, anger. Another gross injustice has been inflicted on the people. There is just one thing that all of must do if there is to be any change and justice in this country – give the boot to UMNO/BN, return Perak to Pakatan and put PR in Putrajaya.w
So sad to lose a loved one in such a tragic manner due to sheer negligence. My condolence to the kinfolks of the deceased, and I pray that the truth shall prevail and justice will be served.
Do not give up in seeking justice.
I am sure many of us Malaysians are standing with you.
With love.
In democracy, JUSTICE prevails. In REAL LIFE, GOD IS IN CONTROL and He will take revenge!
I am really saddened by the hit and run and death caused to a senior citizen in Manjung, Sitiawan. At this critical moment in our country, please do not ask zambri (backdoor CM) or najib (corrupted CM) for justice. As a matter of fact, they themselves don’t really know where they stand after the G.E. Let us wait patiently for justice when Pakatan Rakayat takes over Perak. Just take those bastards that causes the death to justice. Make them pay dearly.
They may be able to escape this time around becos’ Najis is still in control. Wait till after the outcome of the 13 GE. Let them taste the “Hilton” food and room. That is where they are suppose to be.
With great sadness, I read the incident about the innocent grandmother who was knocked and left to die on a road. Is this the concept of so called ` 1 Malaysia’. Malaysia was once a peaceful country with all races united and living and working in harmony BUT the irresponsible greedy politicians have reversed the scenario, what a shame! With the theme `Malaysia boleh’ , just as a reminder, anything is possible in Malaysia. They may even turn the case around and blame it on the poor innocent grandmother, I wont be surprised! My heartfelt condolences to the family. Its very sad but this is what Malaysia has become now. Our neighbouring countries are watching and laughing away……….
I strongly believe those bastards don’t even have a valid driving license. UMNO dogs boleh.

You cann’t imagine simply how much time I had spent for this information! Thanks!
I’ve always maintained that the BN Govt. has ruled this country for 56 years and they think that we, the rakyat, are not capable of changing the Govt. So they take us for granted and think we are all STUPID!!!!!!. and do whatever they like. Let us all use this GE13 to show the BN Govt. that we are CAPABLE OF CHANGING THE GOVT. and that we are their BOSS (not otherwise). We cannot afford to continue to live in a country with a Govt. like the BN.
Accidents do happen and the driver had been most inconsiderate.and a bigot!
But to make it into a political issue, you are no better
