Gangnam-Style flash mob sets new record
DANCING AWAY: More than 2,000 participants take part in the event at the Lost World of Tambun
The 2,303 participants dancing their way into the Malaysia Book of Records. Pix by Farhan NajibIPOH: ASTRO Circle and Sunway Lost World of Tambun (LWT) succeeded in breaking a new record in hosting Malaysia’s largest Gangnam Style Flash Mob Dance.
The event saw 2,303 participants dancing their way into the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR).
In typical flash mob fashion, Gangnam Style fans caused a stir as they broke into the popular dance at LWT.
The participants, aged between 4 and 60, started off with a chicken dance and party rock anthem before ending it Gangnam Style.
The event was witnessed by Malaysia Book of Records managing director Datuk Danny Ooi.
