Genting Malaysia spokesperson has confirmed that the fire occurred at SkyAvenue shopping mall, not at SkyWorlds theme park, at 4:30pm.

Pahang Fire & Rescue Dept Operations Deputy Director Ismail Abdul says the fire has been extinguished.

There were no reported casualties.
