Mira Sharmila Samsusah, also known as Bella, a 32-year-old single mother of two, was reported missing on Dec 16.
Bella is said to have been in her boyfriend’s car at 11.50pm, and was wearing a batik outfit to go to a nearby laundromat. She then went missing.
A 24-year-old man, believed to be Bella’s boyfriend, is among three people arrested in relation to the case.
The police found skeletal remains of a woman believed to Bella on Friday (Jan 19).

Haikal was charged under S. 302 of the Penal Code, which carries the death penalty or imprisonment for not less than 30 years or not exceeding 40 years, as well as caning not less than 12 times.
