JUST IN: Singapore will tighten restrictions for unvaccinated individuals, following an outbreak in karaoke lounges that saw domestic cases rise. From July 19 to Aug 8, unvaccinated people can only dine out in pairs. Those fully vaccinated can still dine out in groups of five.
