Police are probing Nurul Ilham Anwar for her participation in a candlelight vigil held more than two years ago to support her father and jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.
The probe is in response to a police report lodged by deputy chief of the Klang Selatan Police Station on the night the candlelight vigil was held on Feb 15, 2015.
Nurul Ilham is being investigated under Section 9 of the Peaceful Assembly Act for not giving prior notice to the police 10 days before the event.
