Seventh UTC opens in Kota Kinabalu
KOTA KINABALU: Hardly a month after Sabah’s Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) opened, a steady stream of 2,000 have started using facilities offered by various state and federal agencies.
The 10-storey UTC complex, the seventh in the country to drive the government’s transformation under the National Blue Ocean Strategy, offers the services of 43 state and federal agencies from 8.30am to 10pm daily with the exception of public holidays.
The variety of facilities include medical services, passport application, a grocery shop and even a gym among others provided at UTC located at the former Wisma Khidmat off Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman here.

Lost your Malaysian Passport? From 1 February 2015, you must lodge a police report and bring the report to the Immigration Department if you wish to apply for another passport.

If UTC Sabah has an Immigration Dept, that’s the place to go. There should be a police station there, so report to the police there and walk over to the Immigration office.

can i do temporary passport for going to hong kong for 7 days in utc also and how is the procedures if i have an expired passport for more than 15 years not being renewed? how much for the temporary passport fees or if renew my expired passport, list me the latest renewal fees and what is the working hours and which
